My journey into photography and videography began at a young age. Along the way, I was fortunate to have mentors who invested their time, knowledge, and encouragement into my development. They didn't just teach me how to use a camera—they taught me professionalism, creativity, leadership, and the value of serving others. Their willingness to pour into my life has stayed with me, and it's something I'll never forget.
Because of the impact they had on me, I'm committed to doing the same for others.

Investing in the Next Generation
Developing young creatives is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do.
My own production journey started when I was just 10 years old, volunteering to run the audio system at my church. I simply saw a need and wanted to help. That opportunity became the foundation for everything that followed. As my skills grew, I eventually transitioned from volunteer to paid staff—an experience that showed me how powerful mentorship and hands-on learning can be.
Today, we want to create those same opportunities for the next generation.
Through our internship program, students and aspiring creatives gain real-world experience using professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production workflows while working alongside experienced team members at actual events and productions.
Our goal isn't simply to teach technical skills. We want to build confidence, develop character, strengthen communication, foster leadership, and prepare young people for successful careers in the creative industry.
For many interns, we hope the journey doesn't end there. As they develop their skills and demonstrate excellence, our vision is to provide a pathway from intern to paid team member.
